The Fitness Centre’s experienced team can help each guest achieve their best through personal training and stretching sessions, and special programmes for swimming, aquatic exercise, and golf.
The resort also offers bocce ball, mini football, beach volleyball, archery initiation, beginner’s yoga, stretching, boxing training, boot camp, a jogging track and aqua-gym lessons, nature trails and cycling. Guests can play tennis at one of four flood-lit courts free of charge or train with a professional tennis coach for a fee.
