Beach Rouge

Equal parts beach club and restaurant, it evolves and metamorphoses throughout the day. The à la carte breakfast is as creative as it is delicious. Lunches are long and lazy, bringing people together over Mediterranean cuisine. And when the sun dips below the horizon, the entire Beach Rouge is lit up in an electrifying red tint, to which it owes its name. This shift in mood draws night owls for Aperitivo at the three bars, festive dinners by the beach and why not some dancing to the beats of the resident deejay? A curated calendar of events keeps the restaurant buzzing. For a moment you’ll feel transported to the bohemian-chic Ibiza, or the crystalline coastline of Mykonos.

Ai Kisu

The Ai KISU experience pulls you in from the moment you step inside: the walls are adorned with modern Japanese art, tattooed chefs inside the open kitchen fire up sinfully delectable dishes inspired by the many cuisines of Asia, a soya sauce sommelier passes through the tables, eclectic dishes are served alongside exquisite cocktails. The show stopping Warayaki straw fire cooking adds to the heat of the atmosphere. The other showstopper is the sunken views of the pool, at level with Ai KISU. The stylish and sophisticated dining destination is where you end up having too much fun to leave.

Maison Lux

Stepping inside Maison LUX* is like entering one of the gorgeous cafés that line the streets of old European cities. It’s evocative of a certain art de vivre. It’s where you can order a morning coffee and pastry, an afternoon pick-me-up in the form of gelato or a nightcap. Whether you’re more of a cappuccino kind of girl–or guy–or a Prosecco one, you’ll find your happy place here.

Bisou

Grand Baie’s legendary lagoon looks even better from up here. Relax in one of the cabanas poolside. Yes, there’s an infinity pool, and it’s over 22 meters long. Sip cocktails while your lunch comes to you in a floating tray across the pool. The cuisine up here is tapas-style. Small, exquisite dishes. Even though it’s a grown-ups area only, Bisou isn’t all drinking and dining. During the day, a deejay plays mellow, easy-to-listen-to beats. Come nightfall, when the sky turns blazing pink and orange, the music is turned up a notch. Bisou checks all the boxes for a perfect day and night out.

Club AI Kisu

Club Ai KISU lives up to the hype by nailing the basics brilliantly: on-point aesthetics, DJs spinning tunes, musicians dropping by to spin vinyl, drinks crafted by mixologists, and an ambiance that matches the occasion
